The Contra Costa County Fire Protection District is seeking proposals for property tax management, audit, forecasting, reporting, and analytical services. Key requirements include a minimum of five years of experience with California public agencies, demonstrated experience with property tax allocation systems, ability to perform audits and identify misallocations, prepare forecasts and reports, and provide a web-based property tax database.
