This is a solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide professional services for the Army Reserve Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Performance Team (HPT). The contract will support the H2F system to improve and sustain combat readiness and soldier resilience across five domains: physical, nutritional, mental, spiritual, and sleep. Contractor personnel must be U. S. citizens and obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials, as well as coordinating and executing all necessary travel, lodging, and per diem. Government-furnished property and services will include workspace, computer access, telephones, and fitness facilities. Key deliverables include monthly activity reports, quarterly performance ROI reports, implementation strategies, curriculum development, and resource libraries. Adherence to current versions of relevant Army and DoD publications is required.
The contract will include a 12-month base period, one 12-month option period, and an optional 6-month extension. The base period is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The option period is from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028. The optional 6-month extension is from April 1, 2028, to September 30, 2028.
The bid notice specifies detailed educational, credentialing, and experience requirements for Registered Dietitians, Cognitive Performance Specialists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, and Athletic Trainers. For example, Registered Dietitians must have at least a bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics and three years of relevant postgraduate experience. Strength and Conditioning Coaches must be certified by the NSCA or CSCCa and have at least three years of experience designing and implementing programs for tactical populations or collegiate/professional athletic teams.
