Bids must be received by the bid opening date and time. The opening is scheduled for 10/16/2026 at 11:00 AM. bids will be accepted until the date and time shown above, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

Invoices must include specific details and are reviewed before payment. Madison county reviews each invoice prior to submitting invoices to the accounts payable department for payment. No surcharges are allowed.

Bids may be rejected as nonresponsive for omissions, alterations, or failure to meet submission requirements. bids that are illegible or that contain omissions, alterations, additions, or items not called for in the bidding documents shall be rejected as nonresponsive
