Safety Footwear contract with Base plus 4 year options. - The SAFETY & OPERATIONS SERVICES DIVISION is requesting to set up a Basic Ordering Agreement with a Company able to provide Safety Shoes found on Attachment SOW and BOM.
Safety footwear contract Basic ordering agreement for the supply and delivery of workplace safety shoes and boots. The agreement will allow authorized employees to select and purchase safety shoes and boots directly from the seller. Services include providing a wide variety of safety shoes and boots meeting ASTM F ****, onsite services via a climate- controlled mobile shoe store ( minimum twice per month), local storefronts within 30 miles of the ORNL campus with at least 200 styles and 5, 000 pairs in inventory, and a mobile store with at least 50 styles and 1, 500 pairs in inventory. The seller must accept company safety shoe voucher forms, provide a minimum six- month warranty on defects, and coordinate exchanges/replacements. Sales reports are required upon request.
