Violation by a bidder or bidder's representative of communication rules may result in rejection of the bid and the bidder being found nonresponsible, being barred from participating in this or future procurements, and becoming subject to other legal penalties.

Answers to questions raised prior to and at the pre-bid meeting will be posted on CalOptima Health's online solicitation portal. If the pre-bid meeting is mandatory, bidders who did not attend the pre-bid meeting will be disqualified if a bid is submitted.

File protests with any supplemental materials by 5 p. m. PT, as appropriate, on the deadlines set forth below. If relating to the content of the solicitation or an addendum, file within five business days after the date CalOptima Health releases the solicitation or addendum with the revised content. If relating to notice of nonresponsiveness, file within three business days after CalOptima Health issues such notice. If relating to the intent to award, file within five business days following CalOptima Health's announcement of the awarded bidder.

Violation by a bidder or bidders representative may result in rejection of the bid and the bidder being found nonresponsible, being barred from participating in this or future procurements, and becoming subject to other legal penalties. Bidders that received assistance from any person or entity that drafted or directly assisted CalOptima Health in establishing specifications and requirements for this procurement, or had access and exposure to information pertinent to this procurement that is unavailable to other bidders, will be disqualified.
