The project must be completed within a time frame approved by the Laredo Convention Visitors Bureau department.

All invoices to the city of laredo have a 30 day term from receipt of supplies or completion of services.

The contractor shall guarantee the work to be free from labor or material defects for one year upon acceptance of the project.

This contract will be awarded by total to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, in accordance to the provisions of chapters 252 and 271 of the state of texas local government code.
