Bids are invited for the purchase of soccer uniforms. Bids must be submitted via ionwave by February 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET. All questions must be submitted through ionwave by February 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. The successful bidder must deliver all uniforms by April 17, 2026. Required documents include a business license, noncollusion affidavit, and certification of absence of conflict of interest. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
The successful bidder must ensure that all uniforms are delivered to the city of warner robins by friday, april 17, 2026.
The city of warner robins agrees to pay supplier for all undisputed amounts within thirty 30 days of receipt of a valid and properly prepared invoice.
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the city of warner robins, price, value, availability, and other factors considered.
To remain eligible for bid award, bidders must possess a current and valid business license.
Bidders shall visit the city of warner robins buildings included and shall be responsible for having ascertained pertinent local conditions such as location, accessibility and general character of the buildings.
