The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for hotel and meeting room venues in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area to host the EPA Region VI RTOC meeting and the annual EPA Tribal Summit. Bids are due December 05, 2025, by 5:00 PM. Indian preference will be given to bidders with TERO certification. Bidders must submit the required form and questionnaire. The lowest most responsive, responsible bid will be awarded. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after the proposal due date. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with bid preparation and submission. Proof of TERO certification must accompany the bid. Any conflict of interest must be declared in writing by the deadline. All sums due to any suppliers utilized by successful bidders must be paid within ten 10 days of receipt of any money received from the cherokee nation under any purchase order.
