Sealed bids are solicited for universal and hazardous waste disposal services. Bids are due July 9, 2026. Questions are due June 30, 2026. Services include disposal/recycling of various waste types, container provision, transport, and technical assistance. The contract term is one year with two one-year renewal options. Pricing must be firm for 45 days. Award will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Onondaga County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Delivery of goods, equipment, services, or other work is required to be made on or before the date specified herein. If a schedule is specified, county may direct expedited delivery.
