Sources sought notice for two microwave batteries for the Bureau of Reclamation. Two 48VDC microwave battery systems, including a microwave battery bank, battery rack, and accessories. Individual battery systems must have a capacity greater than or equal to 1900 Ah at a 100- hour discharge rate. Each battery bank shall consist of valve- regulated lead- acid VRLA batteries, hermetically sealed, maintenance- free, station- type storage batteries. Each cell shall be in a sealed, leakproof and explosion- resistant container with self- resealing safety vent plugs. Battery accessories ( straps, terminal covers, etc.) enhancing the life, health, and safety of equipment and personnel.
