Bid for Nike athletic apparel and equipment for Ole Miss athletics. Bid due on May 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Electronic submission preferred. Vendors must be authorized Nike dealers. Contract term is 12 months. Discounts on authentic competition apparel, footwear, other apparel, and equipment are required. Delivery should be FOB destination, freight prepaid. Invoices must include purchase order number. Vendors must be licensed through clc to provide products with university of mississippi name/logos. Lot 1: Time sensitive due to greens. Quantity - 2 Sets SCOPE: Barren River State Park in Lucas KY seeks a source to provide and deliver two complete identical sets of golf course green covers, stakes, and storage bags for the 20 golf greens ( 18 course greens plus practice green and nursery green) at the golf course ( 40 total covers and 40 bags). Kentucky State Parks personnel estimate that a maximum total of 135, 000 square feet of finished product will be needed to produce each set ( 270, 000 square feet total for the two sets). See Attachment C for the measurements of each individual area requiring a cover. 1. ( 40) rectilinear and permeable green covers, each specifically dimensioned to fully cover a designated green with a minimum overlap of 24 inches from the edge of the green. ( Overlap is included in the measurements provided in Attachment C. ) 2. ( 40) bags specifically made to contain and store a specific green cover. 3. One stake for each attachment point per cover for each of the FIRST set of covers and an additional 8 stakes for each of the SECOND matching covers. MATERIALS: COVERS: 1. Must be black in color and a minimum of 92% polypropylene and contain UV protectant. 2. Handles must be on each side of all corners and no further than 4 feet apart on all sides with one additional tie down on each of the four corners. Both sets of identical covers must have handles and tie down points located in the same spots on each matching cover to allow for one stake to secure two tie- down points with one stake when deploying both covers at the same time. 3. Must have the capability to be contained and stored in separate bags. 4. All covers must be provided with a permanent incorporated label identifying its designated green. STAKES: Stakes must be 3/8th" to 1/2" smooth steel, 10. 5 inches long with a 1 angled bend at the top to ensure the stakes stay secure during extreme weather. This amendment extends the solicitation response due date to March 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM MDT. Loose bulk compost is now considered technically acceptable, replacing the previous bagged compost requirement. The solicitation is extended to allow vendors time to update quotes. Delivery must be no later than March 21, 2025. Evaluation factors are time of delivery, technical acceptability, and price. See attached documents for full instructions.
