Sealed bids will be received by Trussville Gas and Water until October 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time, for the construction of a Well 7 well house and bps electrical project. Plans, specifications, contract documents, and contractor prequalification requirements are available for public inspection. A certified check or bid bond, not less than 5% of the total bid (but not more than $10,000), must accompany bids of $20,000 or more. The payee of the check or the obligee of the bond shall be Trussville Gas and Water. Bidders must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34 Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, **** and show evidence of license before bidding. Prospective bidders must prequalify to bid on this project. The offeror shall enter the annotation Unique Entity Identifier followed by the unique entity identifier that identifies the offeror's name and address.
