Seattle Public Schools is seeking qualified firms for school photographic assistance. The district intends to prequalify firms for services including student and staff photos, electronic file delivery, and optional ID cards. Prequalified firms will be selected as needed. The contract term is from August 15, 2026, to July 31, 2029. Submissions are due by July 22, 2026, 10:00 AM PST. Firms must demonstrate experience, ability to use secure SFTP, and strong customer service. Background checks are required for on-site staff. All services and products must be provided at no cost to the school, Seattle Public Schools, or the district.
Student and staff photos must be delivered electronically to the district's secure SFTP site within 30 days after the photographs are taken at the school. Retake photos must also be sent within 30 days of the retake date.

Selection will be made solely on qualifications submitted, based on evaluation criteria including vendors ability to schedule, adhere to specifications, deliver photos promptly, participate in secure SFTP, capacity to handle multiple schools, and willingness to accept district terms.
Firms must demonstrate experience, knowledge, and skills to deliver student/school photographic needs, ability to utilize secure SFTP, a proven track record, strong client relationships, and a commitment to customer service. Background checks are mandatory for on-site staff.
Complaints must be submitted no less than ten calendar days prior to the bid response deadline. Formal protests must be received within three business days of the notice to award.
Firms may be disqualified for failing to submit proposals in accordance with procedures, attempting to contact district officials contrary to requirements, or not being willing to accept the district's terms and conditions.
