Submission of the HSP is encouraged but not required. A courtesy review of the HSP is optional. Prices offered must be firm, fixed prices for the life of the contract. Price adjustments are not automatic. Price adjustments may be permitted when correlated with the index as specified. Contractor must provide a written request for a price adjustment. Additional services or changes will be added/removed via purchase order change notice (POCN) or contract amendment. The awarded contract will be effective on the date the contract is issued and will expire based on the schedule for delivery of services. Initial contract term: upon award to August 31, 2025. Extension option is possible for up to one year. HHSC will monitor work performed. Contractor must correct any service deficiencies. Proposals and contracts are subject to the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). Contractor must maintain required insurance during the contract term. Alternative methods of insuring the contract may be considered. HHSC reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to cancel this IFB. Administrative screening of responses will be conducted. Irregularities in a response may be waived.
