This is a non-personal services contract to provide a five-day basic tactics training course to USSSOMD. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for instruction, including a minimum of 2 instructors, all travel and subsistence for instructional staff, preparation and distribution of student materials and certifications, precourse instruction, and 5 days of instruction totaling 40 hours covering interior and exterior tactics. The government will provide an adequate venue in the National Capital Region (NCR), medical support, and ultimate training munitions. The government will also provide all individual protective and operational equipment for 12 students. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The contractor shall designate a point of contact (POC) responsible for training course delivery. The contractor is responsible for its own travel and subsistence expenses. The course is scheduled to begin June 1. The contractor must adhere to the Privacy Act and be responsible for safeguarding government equipment and property. The government will provide the training location in the NCR. The contractor is responsible for availability between 7 am and 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, during the scheduled course.

The Oregon Air National Guard is seeking services for a Human Performance Program (HPP) to support the 125 Special Tactics Squadron (STS). The objective is to ensure operators are physically and mentally optimized for mission readiness and sustained peak performance, while minimizing injury and maximizing return to duty efficiency. Services required include physical therapy, injury management, athletic training, strength and conditioning, and cognitive performance.
