This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for promotional items for Washtenaw Community College (WCC). The contract will be for an initial twelve-month period with auto-renewal. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to ***@***. *. * by April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. WCC is a member of several purchasing groups and requests any available educational discounts or rebates. Suppliers must submit full line cards or catalogs along with a signed signature page. Pricing must be comprehensive, including all shipping, handling, and setup fees, as well as any applicable discounts. The college reserves the right to award to a pool of suppliers and may request presentations or samples prior to award. No work shall begin until a valid purchase order is issued. College-branded items must use only approved logos and marks. The college's terms and conditions will govern any contract, and any conflicts will be resolved in favor of the RFP documents. Proposals and pricing must remain valid for ninety (90) days.
The RFP due date is April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Supplier assumes all responsibility for delivery to the location given on or before the due date and time.
The criteria for award includes, but is not limited to, the range of capabilities, combination of vendor recommendations, price, and deliverable timeline.
By submitting a proposal, the supplier acknowledges that they are not debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, nor voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal department or agency.
The college reserves the right to request samples prior to contract award.
The deadline to submit questions is April 14, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST.
