This is a Request for Information (RFI) for a precision military free fall (MFF) parachute system. The Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for a replacement of the current MFF parachute system. The notice does not constitute a solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for marking proprietary information. The acquisition encompasses the procurement of a precision MFF parachute system for Air Combat Command (ACC) Guardian Angel (GA) teams.

The offeror must adhere to various military standards and regulations for packaging, marking, and shipping. Requirements include compliance with AFMC Form 158, DOD military standards, ASTM International, ANSI, and other specifications. Hazardous materials must be handled according to ICAO, CFR, IATA, and IMDG regulations. The contractor must use the ASSIST website to access specifications and standards.
