The City of Warwick is seeking bids for the purchase of two DJI Matrice 4T aircraft and one optional DJI Mavic 3T aircraft with accessories. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Awards will be made based on the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price. Specifications are available from the Purchasing Division. Questions regarding the bidding process should be directed to the Purchasing Division, while questions about specifications should go to Major Robert Hart.

The contract will be to pay the bid price upon completion of the project or receipt of the goods, unless another payment schedule is contained in the specifications.
