All inspections shall be completed within 14 calendar days from awarded contract. The final report shall be submitted to MSC's technical POC within 7 calendar days of inspection completion.

All services shall be performed by authorized technical representatives who are certified in accordance with the American Society for Nondestructive Testing.

In the event the contractor effects any change at the direction of any person other than the contracting officer, the change will be considered to have been made without authority, and no adjustment will be made in the contract price to cover any increase incurred as a result thereof.

The required repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 150 days after receipt of the asset. The resultant contractual delivery requirement is measured from asset return to the date of asset acceptance under the terms of the contract.

The ultimate awardee must be an authorized repair source. Proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

Assets for which the contractor does not meet the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit per month the contractor is late. if the contractor does not meet the required rtat due to inexcusable contractor delay, the contracting officer will implement the aforementioned price reduction via a reconciliation modification at the end of the contract performance.

Award will not be delayed while an unauthorized source seeks authorization. Failure to meet RTAT may result in price reductions or termination for default. Price reductions made pursuant to this section shall not limit other remedies available to the government for failure to meet required rtats, including but not limited to the governments right to terminate for default.
