Payments will be made to the contractor within thirty (30) days, or within a mutually agreed upon period after the city has received complete invoices from the contractor.
Contractor warrants that its services will be performed promptly, diligently and professionally, and that goods provided will be free from defects, fit for the purposes intended and work as specified.
Proposals will be evaluated based on design experience and technical approach (25 points), cost proposal and project value (25 points), project team qualifications (25 points), relevant project experience (15 points), and references and local presence (10 points).
Offerors must be qualified architectural and engineering (A&E) firms. Proposals will be evaluated to determine if each offeror meets all mandatory qualification requirements.
A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 1:00 PM MT, located at Sterling Police Department Armory, **** S 3rd Ave, Sterling, CO **** are required to attend.
Protests must be submitted in writing to the City Manager within seven (7) working days after the aggrieved person knows, or should have known, of the facts giving rise thereto. For protests related to solicitation requirements or specifications, this period begins upon release of the RFP.
Failure to submit proposals by the deadline, not attending the mandatory pre-proposal conference, or not adhering to confidentiality and redaction requirements may lead to disqualification.
