The National Park Service is seeking to lease four snowmobiles, with optional trailers, for use by park rangers during the winter of 2025-2026. The contract specifies detailed requirements for the snowmobiles (including make, model, and specifications) and trailers. The delivery date is November 1, 2025, and the return date is May 1, 2026. The equipment must be fully insured, and the lessee is responsible for any mechanical failures within 48 hours of the failure. The lessee must also schedule preventive maintenance in advance with the NPS.

This is a sole-source acquisition for the procurement of specialized equipment for aircraft maintenance and repair. Responses received within fifteen days of publication will be considered. This is a market survey, not a solicitation, to identify potential sources for manufacturing a customized machine base for cannon manufacturing process equipment. Interested parties are requested to submit a response to a questionnaire, company brochure (if available), and a capability statement detailing their ability to perform the required aspects of the project. All proprietary information should be marked as such. Responses will be reviewed confidentially by US Army Contracting Command Watervliet Arsenal.
