This is a public tender for construction services for the Midvalley Health Center Dermatology University Project 22989. Contractors must comply with and require all of their subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the state of Utah. A project manager and project superintendent with 5 years of experience working within an active hospital or clinic setting are required.
Liquidated damages are set at $1,**** per day.
Contractors are required to visit the site of the work before submitting a bid.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of unduly contacting or offering gifts or gratuities to owners, users or selection committee members may result in disqualification. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in disqualification. Late proposals will not be accepted. Failure to meet requirements for listing subcontractors may result in a poor performance rating.
