The bid proposals must be received by Wake County Procurement Services up to 3:00 p. m. , April 23, 2026.

Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in section 00 43 39 of the project manual.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site at 11:00 a. m. , April 7, 2026.

The bid is due before 2:00 PM on April 24, 2026.

Payment terms are net 30 days unless the vendor quotes otherwise. Cash discounts allowing less than 20 days or 20th proxima will not be considered.
