The Rutherford County Board of Education is requesting bids for custodial supplies and equipment. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on May 16, 2025, to the address provided. Rutherford County will not be responsible for purchasing backorder items ordered by the vendor prior to Rutherford County's notification on intent to purchase said items. Bid prices must be good for a minimum of 6 months after acceptance by the board of education. After that period, 30 days written notice is required for decrease or increase in price. After written notice is given, custodial supplies may be subject to rebid or go to the next lowest bidder.
