Clinical Substance Use Disorder Treatment Training Development and delivery of in- depth, multi- module, multi- day live training seminar on the treatment of all SUDs specific to the military culture and structure of the Texas National and State Guards. Training must include diagnostic criteria, prevalence, environmental and cultural considerations, review of existing treatment models, evidence- based therapeutic protocols, treatment planning, level- of- care determination, and referral facilitation. Continuing education and certificates of training completion recognized by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council are required. Training must be approved by TMD project managers prior to execution. Contractor must be equipped for in- person or virtual delivery, providing the platform and technical support for virtual training. Upon completion, a training certification must be provided to each attendee.
