JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge ( JCLC) Camp All American 2026 The contractor shall provide lodging for 265 cadets and 45 cadre members participating in JCLC All American 12- 17 February 2026. Lodging must include one bedcot per individual. The contractor shall provide 15 gas- operated golf carts for cadre to utilize throughout the training, 50 two- way radios to ensure all communication needs are met. The contractor shall provide a facility with wifi in order to conduct command and control, brigade operations. The contractor shall provide brigade staff with wifi access code. The contractor shall provide services, provide meals, lodging, and facility usage in order to conduct JROTC JCLC 12- 17 February 2026, for 265 cadets and 45 cadre from area 3 south, 11 schools. The contractor shall provide a menu similar to the following for each meal. The contractor shall provide a swimming pool, lake, canoeing at least 35 canoes, and lifeguard to conduct water safety training. The contractor shall provide COPE course
