Services for JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge ( JCLC) Camp The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, lodging, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, required certified trainers and meal services necessary to support the event. Training facilities course setups to include swimming pool access with lifeguards, lake access with canoeing and lifeguards, water survival training, rappelling course, land navigation course, cope course high and low ropes, rope bridge course, obstacle course, and archery course including all equipment and instructors. The contractor shall lead teambuilding activities and icebreakers upon arrival. Additional contractor staffed areas include rappel tower ziplining, alpine tower, catapult and lakefront activities equipment issue of canoes, kayaks and paddles with life jackets.
