Organizations must submit applications electronically by September 3, 2025, at 4:00 PM local Anchorage, Alaska time. The initial grant agreement term may be for one or more years, with potential extensions up to five years.

The Socorro Independent School District (SISD) is soliciting offers for energy management controls, OEM parts, and equipment. The deadline for questions is ****, and the response deadline is 11212025. The district requires several attachments, including a copy of the manufacturer authorization letter, W9 form, CIQ form, Edgar certification form, TRS retiree form, and reference forms. The term will be for two years with two, one-year extension options. Proposals must remain valid for 120 days after the submittal deadline. The district will consider the purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods/services, and other factors. Invoices must be presented at the time of delivery. The district requires all deliveries to be freight prepaid FOB destination. The district requires a CIQ form and an Edgar vendor certification form. If awarded, vendors must complete a CIP form **** online. A website or price list is required for consideration. Three references are required. The district agrees to pay invoices in accordance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act. A TRS retiree form is required. Incentive programs must be indicated. The district may utilize this contract for purchases by other local government entities under an interlocal cooperation agreement.
