The US Embassy in Mexico City requires a vendor to supply a complete modular scaffolding system for preventive maintenance at the cooling tower area. Proposals must be submitted by August 24, 2026, at 12:00 pm local time. Local Mexican offerors must submit pricing in Mexican Pesos, while US firms can submit in USD. The system must meet specific technical requirements, including a working length of approximately 20 meters and a working height of approximately 10 meters. Local Mexican offerors shall submit pricing in Mexican pesos, as payment will be made in Mexican pesos at a Mexican bank.
The contractor shall provide a warranty for the supplied scaffolding system and its components. The warranty shall cover defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of government acceptance.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
The offeror must demonstrate their ability to perform, including name of a project manager or other liaison to the U. S. Embassy Consulate who understands written and spoken English.
Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non responsive to the solicitation requirements.
