HHS system agency will make contract payments in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, commonly known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act. HHS agency must acknowledge that the services have been satisfactorily performed and products received, if applicable, which are included on an invoice prior to approving the invoice for payment.

The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this IFB. The minimum experience required is two years. The bidders personnel to be assigned to perform the services must be fully trained and, at minimum, have two years relevant experience.
