This is a small business set-aside RFP for security hardening of SCIF Building **** at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The project includes vault egress door replacement, IDS sensor installation, room access system installation, red warning light installation, and awning installation. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance bonds and payment bonds are required. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 10, 2026. Proposals are due by July 1, 2026. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov. Hirsch Identive certification is required for the company and installers for the Velocity software.
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 214 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed.
The contractor shall provide one 1 year warranty documentation on all parts and labor.
Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated reasonable price of proposals meeting the acceptability standards for nonprice factors.
To be considered technically acceptable for award, the contractors proposal package must include proof that the company is Hirsch Identive certified. Furthermore, the package must contain individual training certificates for all proposed installers, verifying they are certified in the installation and programming of Velocity software.
The government has scheduled a one-day site visit at Bldg **** White Sands Missile Range, NM at 09:30 a. m. MST on 10 June 2026. Failure to provide Hirsch Identive certifications will result in the proposal being deemed technically unacceptable.
