The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract for the procurement of various commodity and financial data feeds from S&P Global Platts. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year options, for a total period of performance of five years. Written responses from all responsible sources received by 5:00 PM ET, July 1, 2025, will be considered. These responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. The government anticipates award on or about July 15, 2025. The government will not be responsible for any costs of preparation in response to this announcement. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of future market research requirements. No formal solicitation package is available.

This solicitation is for a national contract for the supply of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine. Offerors must submit a price for the base year and all four option years. Offered prices must include a 0. 5 cost recovery fee. Offerors must provide an 11-digit NDC number unique to their company (or distributor). A letter of commitment from the manufacturer is required if the offeror is not the manufacturer. The contract will be effective on the date the contracting officer signs the **** and notifies the offeror. The implementation period is the timeframe beginning on the contract effective date and ending at the start of the ordering period. The ordering period begins at the expiration of the implementation period. The contract will be in effect for the duration of the implementation period plus one year ordering period with four one-year pre-priced option ordering periods. The contractor will receive payments from the prime vendor programs instead of directly from the government. Product registration with the FDA, First Databank, Medispan, and Cerner Multum is required within 5 calendar days of contract award. The government reserves the right to inspect records pertaining to sales under the contract. The contractor shall report all contract sales by calendar quarter and submit collected cost recovery fees within 30 calendar days following the completion of each reporting quarter or completion of the contract, whichever occurs first. The cost recovery fee is 0. 5 of the current contract price. The contractor shall use only FDA-inspected manufacturing facilities for the duration of the contract. If a drug recall is initiated, the contractor shall immediately forward the recall notification to the assigned contracting officer and other specified parties. If a covered drug is proposed and awarded, the awarded prices shall meet the requirements of 38 **** and shall apply to all government participants. All pharmaceutical products provided under this contract shall include bar code labeling at the unit-of-use package level. Subcontracting plan requirements apply for contracts valued over $750,000. The government will evaluate offers in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR part 12, part 15, and part 25.
