Submissions must be received by 11:00 a. m. EST, Monday, July 20, 2026.

The town will pay invoices within 30 days of receipt. Any invoice not paid within 30 days will accrue 1% interest per month.

Offerors must demonstrate ability to perform, including a project manager fluent in English, established business in Greece or plan to establish one within 30 days of award, SAM registration, client list for the past 3 years with references, and evidence of necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources.
