This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for laundry and dry cleaning services for the Washington Army National Guard. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a 5-year period from June 15, 2026, to June 14, 2031. Services include pickup and delivery of laundry on a weekly basis. Proposals are due by June 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Questions must be submitted by June 4, 2026. The acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The government will evaluate offers based on price and non-priced factors, including past performance and the pickup/drop-off process. The minimum guarantee for this IDIQ is $5,**** must submit invoices electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
The contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of ****, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. Pickup and drop-off times are between ****, Tuesday-Friday, at the Central Issue Facility, Bldg 32, Camp Murray, Tacoma, ****.

The government intends to award a contract to a qualified vendor deemed responsive responsible in accordance with the federal acquisition regulation FAR part 12, whose quote conforms to all the RFQs requirements and is determined to represent the best value to the government. A best value to the government under FAR part 13 allows the contracting officer broad discretion to evaluate offers based on price and non priced factors.

The contractor's facility must be located within a two-hour commuting distance from all government facilities and have adequate buildings or equipment.
