Proposers should describe how their proposed model will provide food access opportunities for students, employees, and campus visitors.

The annual rent is $40,****, payable in equal monthly installments of $3,**** each month. Payment for the first month is due with the executed lease.

The bidder submitting a responsive bid offering the highest monthly rent will be selected, subject to a determination of financial capability and reference check. If bids are equal, a drawing will determine the award.

Bidders must demonstrate financial capability and pass a reference check. Applicants must be compliant with current lease obligations and not be debarred, suspended, or have outstanding rent payments.
