The qualification phase will follow the submission of tenders and bids and decision phases. Mandatory documents for SICOI registration are related to the company's legal qualification. Technical and economic-financial qualification documents are also required.

The bidder who commits an administrative infringement may face sanctions including warning, penalty, impediment to bid and contract, and declaration of unfitness to bid or contract.

The appeal deadline is 3 business days, counting from the date of subpoena or drawing up of the minutes.
