Precision Laser Welding System Acquisition of a precision laser welding system for cardiovascular device prototyping. The system should be capable of manual and CNC- controlled operation, suitable for fabricating and assembling micrometer- scale metallic components. Core requirements include ND: YAG or equivalent laser welding technology, minimum 100W output power, capability to weld stainless steel, nitinol, and similar biomedical alloys, and a fully enclosed, lasersafe working chamber. Functional capabilities should include manual welding with microscope assistance and integrated CNC control with multiaxis motion. An integrated microscope system with high magnification and real- time visualization is required.
