The Grand Traverse County Road Commission is seeking bids for underbody and wing cutting edge 2025 blades. Proposals are due by May 26th, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The bid will be evaluated based on best value, considering price, quality, and overall capability. Suppliers must provide a certificate of North American sourced materials, a certificate of quality with material analysis, and all MSDS sheets. All blades must be delivered no later than 10/1/2026. The supplier must also provide proof of insurance, including general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. The contract may be extended for an additional one-year period by mutual agreement.

The absence of a specification deviation statement and accompanying specification will hold the supplier strictly accountable to the specifications and bid requirement. Failure to submit this document of specification and bid requirement deviation, if applicable, shall be grounds for rejection of the item when offered for delivery.
