This is a solicitation for turbine repair at the Nathaniel Nat Washington Power Plant, Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. The work includes accessing and repairing turbine runners and stay vanes, involving scaffolding, inspection, welding, grinding, and coating. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 25, 2026. Bidders are urged to attend. Proposals are due by July 2, 2026. The contract will be a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award task order contract (SATOC) with a minimum value of $2,500,**** and a maximum value of $13,500,****. The contract completion time is within **** calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. For task orders, performance must commence within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed.
Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Company standard invoice and updated schedule reports are required prior to IPP input.

This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 14, sealed bidding. The pricing information of the successful bidder shall be incorporated upon award of the contract.

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages will be assessed at $2,**** for each calendar day of delay.

Failure to comply with security requirements, including obtaining necessary background investigations and access cards, could result in rescission of the Enter on Duty (EOD) approval or termination for default.
