This RFI (Request for Information) is for market research to identify potential sources for hospital furniture, equipment, utensils, and supplies. The government intends to potentially award a contract on a total small business set-aside basis. The NAICS code is ****, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. A solicitation will be published on the federal business opportunities website if a contract is awarded. The list of required hospital specialty beds and accessories is included in the notice.

Southeast Missouri State University is seeking bids for dormitory furniture. Bids must be received by March 11, 2025, at 3:30 PM. The notice of award is subject to availability and appropriation of funds. The lowest and best bidder will be selected in accordance with applicable public procurement laws. The contract will be for one year, with the option of four additional one-year renewals. The initial order is anticipated to be 373 platform beds and 132 loft beds. Detailed technical specifications are provided in appendices. Bidders must provide references, detailed specifications, samples, lead time, warranty, and support information. The university reserves the right to request a sample product. Bidders must complete Attachment 2 for vendor information. The attached terms and conditions are incorporated. The contract will not bind the university for any contractual commitment in excess of the original contract period. The university reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with 30 days' notice.
