Bids must be received electronically on or before 2:00 p. m. Mountain Time MT July 16th, 2026.

The city will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder who, in the city's judgment, will best serve the city's interests.

Proposals are solicited from qualified roofing contractors.

If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the performance and payment bonds and certificate of insurance within fifteen 15 days from the issuance of the notice of award, the bidder shall forfeit the bid security accompanying the bid. The bid security shall be retained as liquidated damages by the city.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, June 29th, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the City of Loveland Library, 300 N Adams Ave, Loveland, CO **** will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend.

A single proprietary interest shall not submit multiple bids for the same work even though the individual bids are submitted under different names. The city reserves the right to reject all bids so submitted. Multiple submittals by a single proprietary interest may subject that company to removal from the city's list of eligible bidders.

Proposals must be received by 2:00 p. m. local time, on Thursday, July 2nd, 2026.

Bids submitted after the exact time specified for receipt will not be considered.

Bid proposal submission deadline: Tuesday July 7, 2026 before 2:30 p. m. The mitn. info system locks at 2:30 pm Sterling Heights, Michigan time on the due date, and no bids proposals can be downloaded after that time.
