The City of Phoenix is seeking sealed proposals for taxicab services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for a four-year contract term with a two-year option to extend. The city intends to award two contracts, each for a fleet of 35 vehicles. The services are required 24/7, including holidays, and should incorporate sustainability initiatives, increase local and small business participation, provide high-quality customer service and accessible transportation, and utilize new technologies. Respondents will be selected based on their ability to provide high-quality customer service, safety, convenience, and reasonable revenues, as well as their experience and financial capability.
