This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for production logistics services for the 250th Independence Day celebration, to be held on July 30, 2026, at the U. S. Embassy Mexico City. The services include audio, backline, lighting, stage, pipe drape, video, rigging, power supply, and press risers. Proposals must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * no later than June 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time Mexico City. Questions deadline is May 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time Mexico City. Offerors must be registered in SAM. gov. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. Local Mexican offerors should submit pricing in Mexican Pesos, while U. S. firms can submit in U. S. Dollars. Local companies can also be paid in U. S. Dollars if they maintain a U. S. dollar bank account in Mexico. A detailed setup and takedown plan must be submitted with the proposal. The contractor shall designate a dedicated event manager as the single point of contact. No site visit is planned.
The event will be celebrated on July 30, 2026, and the contractor shall provide services from 07:00 hours until at least 19:00 hours, with flexibility for earlier or later services and weekend availability for delivery, assembly, and installation as needed.
Local Mexican offerors shall submit pricing in Mexican Pesos, as payment will be made in Mexican Pesos at a Mexican bank. U. S. firms are eligible to be paid in U. S. Dollars and must submit their offers in U. S. Dollars. Local companies may also be paid in U. S. Dollars, provided they maintain a U. S. dollar bank account at a Mexican bank.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation factors include technically acceptable quote and price.
To be considered technically acceptable, the quote must include Standard Form SF18 pricing table, a completed Section 4 Representations and Certifications, information demonstrating the offeror's ability to perform including the name of a project manager, evidence of an established business, and a list of past events over the past 2 years with relevant past performance information and references. Offerors must also be registered in SAM. gov.
No site visit is planned for this solicitation.
Questions deadline is May 26, 2026, 12:00 hrs. local time Mexico City.
Failure to be registered in SAM. gov at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
