Respondents must have a Jaggaer supplier account to access and respond to solicitation events. New suppliers may create an account through the university of Houston supplier portal.

Proposals submitted through any other method will not be accepted.

The standard payment terms are net 30. Bidders may offer prompt payment discounts, with a minimum of 1% and net 15 days. the moa standard payment terms are net 30

Failure to deliver may cause cancellation and excess costs charged. failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract.

Protests regarding specifications will not be considered after bids are opened. protests with regard to the specification, terms and conditions documents will not be considered after bids are opened.

Altered or incomplete proposals may be rejected. altered or incomplete proposals, or the use of substitute forms or documents, shall render the bid non responsive and subject to rejection.
