The bid is for CTE construction tools equipment for New Castle County VoTech School District. Bids must be submitted by January 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. The contract period is for one year, with the possibility of three one-year extensions. Prices must remain firm for the contract term and be quoted in U. S. dollars. The bid bond requirement has been waived. The performance bond requirement has been waived. The successful bidder must provide proof of Delaware business licensure or initiate the application process. The state reserves the right to advertise a supplemental solicitation during the term of the agreement. The state reserves the right to extend this contract on a month-to-month basis for a period of up to three months.
