The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) is seeking a contractor to lease a low-pressure air compressor for a tool air system at the Norfolk, VA location. The contractor must provide all necessary fittings, adaptors, equipment setup, startup, and commissioning. The compressor plant must meet specific requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and be designed for outdoor use. The contract includes strict OPSEC (Operations Security) requirements for handling sensitive information, including restrictions on the use of personal electronic devices and social media. The Naval Surface Warfare Center NSWC, Corona Division, Measurement Science Department requires the acquisition of multiple digital pressure indicator assembly and test hose assembly as replacement parts. Delivery dates are 12 weeks. The supplies furnished shall be packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951-18. Shipments shall be marked in accordance with ASTM **** packing list (DD Form 250) identifying the contents of each shipment shall be provided.
