Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting Program ( MIECHV) The Colorado Department of Early Childhood serves as the MIECHV grantee, providing funding for home visiting services through nationally recognized, evidence- based models in Colorado counties. Beginning October 1, 2026, all 64 Colorado counties are eligible for MIECHV funding. Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting Program ( MIECHV) services - Parents as Teachers ( PAT) program delivery to a minimum caseload of families in Colorado. - Recruitment and retention of eligible families. - Provision of voluntary PAT home visits and services. - Conducting ongoing recruitment efforts to maintain a full caseload. - Offering at least 12 home visits per year to families with zero or one stressor. - Offering at least 24 home visits per year to families with two or more stressors. - Completing at least one in- person visit per enrolled family during the program year. - Continuous collection and reporting of data and documentation in the Visit Tracker database. - Submission of annual affiliate program reports. - Administration of PAT parent participation surveys. - Engagement in continuous quality improvement ( CQI) initiatives. - Monitoring CQI progress and reporting quarterly. - Participation in CQI peer learning sessions. - Sharing final CQI data and outcomes. - Development of new CQI
