Lot 1: The Vendor will pay a commission to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation ( OVR) based on gross sales of each machine. The vendor will enter commission for Each Machine - DO NOT ENTER % SIGN. Price will appear as a dollar amount but should be the percentage without the percent sign. All machines must meet applicable governmental mandates. The contractor will be provided a list of state personnel authorized to inspect machines. The number of machines may be increased or decreased only with approval of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and Transportation Cabinet. A list, showing number of machines, serial number of each, and identified by location, will be presented to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation no later than ten ( 10) working days after installation is completed. Products to be sold will be nationally- known brands and will be offered in a variety of selections, i. e. , chips, candy, pastries, gum, cookies, crackers, nuts, etc. No out- of- date products may be offered for sale. Products must meet all standards of the National Food and Drug Administration and meet the approval of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
