If the program must end early, the vendor will only be paid for those programs that have already taken place.

Evaluation is based upon the following: experience managing teaching an instructional learn to skate program to children youth of the size and nature requested (40%), cost of proposal for learn to skate programming (30%), references of similar sized programs provided in the past 20 (10%), ability to promote program (10%).

Vendors must provide company history, staff experience, and detail their experience with running youth learn to ice skate programs.

In the event of a breach by contractor, contractor shall pay to the county all direct and consequential damages caused by such breach.

Conditional quotes will not be accepted, and the county reserves the right to reject any quote.
