The City of Tallahassee is seeking bids for the replacement of approximately 400 linear feet of existing 8-inch diameter sewer main with 12-inch diameter sewer main. The project includes asphalt patching, milling, and resurfacing, and other surface restoration pay items. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 23, 2025, at 2:30 PM EST on Microsoft Teams. Questions are due by July 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT. The bid closing date is August 21, 2025, at 2:30 PM EDT. Several documents are required for submission, including IFB sections, supplemental specifications, special provisions, supplemental information, final plans, general utility permit, COT RW permit, Goodwood Dr survey, and geotechnical report. A performance and bid bond trench safety act form, human trafficking affidavit, certification of a drug-free workplace, OEV forms, vendor conflict of interest, non-collusion affidavit, representations certifications, local vendor affidavit, and responsible vendor review form are also required.

The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for supplies or services. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more items under this acquisition are subject to free trade agreements, Buy American Act, and balance of payments program. The World Trade Organization government procurement agreement and free trade agreements are included in the solicitation.

The government intends to negotiate with only one source for the acquisition of 52 units of **** miscellaneous aircraft accessories and components. All responsible sources may express interest and submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 45 days (or 30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement). The item requires government source approval prior to contract award due to its flight-critical nature. Interested parties must submit the information detailed in the NavSup Weapon Systems Support (NavSup WSS) source approval information brochures. The government reserves the right to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on the responses received.
