The Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB) is seeking a publisher for the 2024 Illinois Energy Conservation Code. The agreement with the International Code Council (ICC) includes publishing, editing, proofing, graphic design, and publishing print and digital services related to the work. The work will be offered in a softbound printed format and in a digital format. The total payment under this agreement shall not exceed 19,**** without a formal amendment.
