The bid proposals are due on June 1, 2026, by 3:00 PM Central Time.
The State of Iowa is allowed sixty (60) days to pay an invoice submitted by a vendor, as per Iowa Code ****.
The contract will be awarded to the responsible respondent whose responsive proposal the IJB believes will provide the best value to the IJB and the state, not necessarily the lowest cost.
Respondents must be responsible, meaning they have the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the contract. The IJB may consider competence, qualifications, integrity, reliability, past performance, and the best interest of the IJB and the state.
The IJB may not agree to penalties for termination in any of the described scenarios.
Appeals of the notice of intent to award need to be received in the office of the State Court Administrator within 5 calendar days following the posting of the notice of intent to award a contract.
Proposals may be rejected for various reasons including failure to meet mandatory specifications, submitting proposals late, unauthorized contact with state employees, providing misleading or inaccurate responses, or failing to comply with the RFP's format and content instructions.
