The bidder must not have any outstanding lawsuits nor have been involved in any lawsuits during the last five years that may materially affect its ability to provide the work described herein. The bidder must not have any outstanding regulatory issues nor had any regulatory issues during the last five years that may materially affect its ability to provide the work described herein.
