The induction period for the initial units in this order is 365 calendar days from the date of contract award. The government reserves the right to extend this period by an additional 730 days, for a total of two years. Any unused induction slots from the initial year may be carried over into the second year.

The contractor shall establish, implement, document and maintain a quality system that ensures conformance to all applicable requirements of ISO **** SAE AS9100. The contractor shall maintain a calibration system that meets the requirements of ANSI NCSL ****, ISO **** or an equivalent calibration program acceptable to the government.

Any repairs performed using unapproved changes to such manuals, drawings, specifications, or changes to repair source or facility are done at the contractors own risk. If the government disapproves the requested change, the contractor shall replace any delivered items repaired using such unapproved manuals, drawing, specification, repair source or repair facility change.

The required delivery date for this contract is October 1, 2026.

The contractor's performance will be based on the contracting officer and contracting officers representatives evaluations and on the results required by the service summary, not the frequency or method of performance. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract.

The government invites you to a site visit on, June 11, 2026 at 9:00 am CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. This will be a lengthy site visit that will cover two locations at Columbus Air Force Base CAFB and Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield, MS. The site visit will start at Shuqualak Auxiliary Airfield, MS and conclude at Columbus Air Force Base CAFB. Due to both locations and large areas the government will be providing transportation for this site visit.
